Questions, answeredשאלות
The things people ask before signing up — and a few they ask after.
Q01Is OlehHelper free?
The Hebrew Glossary and Hebrew Calendar are free for everyone, no account required to browse. Translation, Form Filler, Phrases, Guides, and the Office Directory are part of Pro — $10/month or $96/year.
Q02How accurate are the translations?
Very good for everyday Hebrew, including bureaucratic letters and forms. They are not certified translations. For court filings, immigration paperwork, or contracts, take the AI translation as a head start and verify with a certified translator.
Q03Can I translate a photo of a letter?
Yes — the Translator accepts photos (JPEG, PNG, WebP), PDFs, and Word documents up to 10MB. There's also a "Take Photo" tab on mobile that opens your camera directly.
Q04Do you store the documents I upload?
No. Uploaded files are sent to the AI provider for the request and discarded afterwards. We don't keep copies, and we don't use your content to train models.
Q05Can I cancel Pro anytime?
Yes. From the Billing page you can cancel with one click. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — no surprise revocations.
Q06What happens to my calendar appointments if I cancel?
They stay in your account. You can still sign in, view, edit, and delete them — the Hebrew Calendar is part of the free tier.
Q07Do you support languages other than English?
Not yet. Russian, French, Spanish, and Amharic are on the roadmap. The current build is English-only; the Hebrew toggle was removed until we can ship a real Hebrew UI.
Q08Is OlehHelper affiliated with the Israeli government or Nefesh B'Nefesh?
No. We are an independent project. For official information always cross-check with gov.il or your absorption advisor.
