The service
OlehHelper provides AI-assisted Hebrew translation, a glossary, calendar tools, and related utilities aimed at new immigrants in Israel. We do our best to make these accurate and useful, but we are not a law firm, accountant, translator, or government agency.
Not legal or professional advice
Translations and guides are for general information only. For anything binding — court documents, immigration filings, tax returns, contracts — verify with a certified translator, lawyer, accountant, or the relevant Israeli authority. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the service.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Use the service for its intended purpose. Don't try to break it, scrape it at scale, or use it to harass others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is billed monthly or annually via Paddle, our merchant of record. Cancel anytime from the billing page; access continues until the end of the current period. Upgrades are pro-rated. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time, except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes someone else's rights. Don't try to extract personal data about other users. Don't use the service to generate spam, scams, or impersonation material.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OlehHelper is provided "as is" without warranties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be heard in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo, unless local consumer law gives you the right to a different forum.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
