In plain language: what we collect, why, and your rights.

What we collect
- Account data — email and display name when you sign up.
- Content you submit — text, documents, photos, and screenshots you upload for translation. These are processed by AI providers and not stored beyond the request unless you explicitly save them.
- Calendar data — appointments and reminders you create, stored under your account.
- Subscription data — billing status from our payment processor (Paddle). We do not store full card details.
- Basic technical data — IP address and request metadata used for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
How we use it
To provide the service: translate your text, render your calendar, sync your data across devices, and process your subscription. We do not sell your data and do not use your translation content to train models.
Sub-processors
- Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication.
- Lovable AI Gateway — translation and reply generation.
- ElevenLabs — Hebrew speech synthesis.
- Paddle — payments and subscription management.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account at any time. Email us and we'll respond within 30 days. Under GDPR and the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you also have the right to object to processing and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Sensitive information
Please do not paste passwords, full credit card numbers, or other secrets into the translator. AI providers process this content; treat it as you would any third-party service.
